Andy Burnham, we demand that you commit to:
1. Bring essential services into public ownership
Bring water and energy into public ownership to stop private companies from profiting off public services, improve delivery and accelerate a just green transition.
2. Tackle rampant wealth inequality
Introduce taxes on the super-rich and reforms to the tax system to ensure the richest pay their fair share.
3. Deliver bold climate action
Rapidly decarbonise Britain's energy, housing and transport, and oppose all new fossil fuel exploration and extraction in UK waters and onshore.
4. Build a government of care
Stand up for the dignity of palestinian people, folks coming to our shore for sanctuary, and those in our own communities on the margin.
