Our 2026 plan
This year, there are huge elections happening across the country. For the Scottish Parliament. The Welsh Senedd. And English local councils and mayoralties.
And we are organising young people to fight the far-right, show this government we won’t settle for their establishment politics - and elect hope.
Right now, it can feel like everything is falling apart around us. The cost of living crisis is out of control. The climate emergency is at our doors. And the far-right is surging.
They offer fake, hateful solutions - pointing the finger at migrants, poor people, minorities - anyone but the people actually to blame for the crises we’re living with: their billionaire donors, fossil fuel CEOs and the political class that has protected them.
But deporting our neighbours won’t bring back jobs and high streets. Tax breaks for the super rich won’t cut our bills or rent. Denying the reality of the climate crisis won’t stop flood waters destroying our homes.
Instead of offering solutions that actually match the scale of the crises we face, this Labour government seems to think copying Reform is the way to win back our votes.
They couldn’t be more wrong. This May, we can fight the forces poisoning our politics - and elect people who will actually fight for us.
Our plan is simple.
First, we’ll turn the tide and fight back against the far right.
We’ll take action to expose Reform’s hate-filled politics and show that Labour’s attempt to copy them will not win over our generation. That means actions and stunts to show them up, grab headlines and tell our story: young people are getting organised and Labour should be worried.
Then, we’ll elect hope.
We will get out on the streets for candidates and parties who will stand up to the far-right directly, and show the government that the way to beat Reform and win our votes is a bold vision and plan to cut the cost of living, act on the climate crisis, support migrants and vulnerable people, and fight for global justice.
After the election, it’s all to play for.
We will keep organising in our communities to force our politicians to choose a side. We will show up and stand up: on the streets, on the airwaves and in the halls of parliament. We refuse to accept a future of rising costs, hate-filled politics and a burning planet.
